Contact support if your report is about a different person or mixes up details from several people.

Send a clear example

Include:

  • Your report link and purchase email.
  • The section or statement that is wrong.
  • The profile link for the person you meant to search, if you have it.
  • A public source that shows the mismatch.

For example: “The report shows a different employer and links to another person with the same name.” Avoid paying for more searches until the issue is resolved.

If the incorrect information is about you, you can also ask for your personal data to be corrected.
