Why does the initial scan show more categories than my report?
The difference between a preview and your completed findings.
The initial scan lists the categories WhiteBridge will check. Your completed report may leave out findings where no records were available.
Compare findings, not headings
Look at what each completed section actually says and whether it links to a relevant source. A category label does not confirm that a specific record exists.
If you paid because the preview seemed to promise a particular result, send support the preview screenshot, your report link, and a description of the difference.
