Why does my report contain limited information?
Learn why some reports find less, and when to ask for a review.
How much public information exists varies from person to person. When little relevant information is publicly available, a report will have fewer results.
Why results can be limited
Not every category in the initial scan will contain findings. A report with few results also does not prove that no information exists elsewhere.
When to contact support
First, check that the report is about the person you meant to search. If you have followed our search tips and the report still misses easily found public information, contains incorrect details, or is about someone else, contact support before running the search again.
Include your report link, a short description of the problem, and links to public sources that show what is missing or wrong.
